Trade Compliance

In our global operations spanning overseas resources, international manufacturing and worldwide markets, we fully recognize that a sound trade compliance system serves not only as a fundamental safeguard against legal risks but more critically as an essential guarantee for protecting corporate reputation and ensuring supply chain resilience, holding strategic significance for achieving sustainable corporate development. We commit to full compliance with applicable sanctions and export control ("sanction and control") laws and regulations, continuously establishing and maintaining a robust international trade compliance management system that incorporates industry best practices to comprehensively identify and assess sanction and control risks. We also define compliance obligations and responsibilities of all transaction parties through multiple forms, and implement risk preventive measures to mitigate potential violations.
To effectively fulfill our compliance commitments, we have put in place a comprehensive trade compliance governance framework. We have developed and strictly enforce institutional documents including the Export Control Compliance Manual and Economic Sanction Compliance Manual, continuously advance and maintain our AEO advanced certification enterprise status with customs authorities, and have established detailed operational procedures such as the Management Measures for Group Processing Trade Operations, Management Measures for Export Customs Declaration and Management Measures for Import Customs Declaration. Through establishing a full-process compliance mechanism encompassing customer and supplier screening, material item management, transaction approval and documentation management, conducting regular import/export compliance audits and risk assessments, and implementing tiered multilingual global employee compliance training programs, we ensure full adherence to applicable sanction and control laws and regulations as well as industry best practices across all global operations.
We mandate all employees and business partners to jointly uphold our compliance culture, enforcing a strict "zero-tolerance" policy toward any violations. We will continuously optimize our compliance management system by establishing transparent trade practices and collaborating with global partners to jointly build a secure and sustainable trade ecosystem. We firmly believe that strict adherence to high-standard trade compliance requirements not only effectively mitigates operational risks but more importantly provides a solid foundation for our global expansion, ultimately achieving sustainable development with all stakeholders.
